Kojamo has completed its share buyback program
Kojamo announced with a stock exchange release on 31 July 2025 that it would initiate share buybacks of up to EUR 75 million based on the authorization granted to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting held on 13 March 2025. During the period from 22 August 2025 to 27 January 2026, Kojamo bought back 7,000,000 of its own shares, which corresponds to approximately 2.8 per cent of all shares in the company. The shares were purchased at an average price of EUR 10.3865.
The purchases made under the buyback program reduced Kojamo’s equity by approximately EUR 72.7 million. As a result of the buyback program, Kojamo plc directly owns a total of 7,000,000 shares. The shares will be repurchased to optimize Kojamo’s capital structure through the reduction of capital. The shares purchased during the buyback program will be cancelled.
The shares were repurchased through public trading on the regulated market of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd at the market price prevailing at the time of the repurchase. The repurchase of the company’s own shares was financed with the Company’s unrestricted equity.
